Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before applying for admission or making an online payment.

  1. This website is meant for parents, guardians and applicants seeking admission to, or making payments to, M S New Tagore Public School, Bharatpur (“the School”). Online payments on this website are for school fees.
  2. Information submitted through any form on this website must be correct and complete to the best of the applicant’s knowledge. The School may cancel an application or admission found to be based on false information.
  3. The School reserves the right to accept or reject any admission form or request, except for admissions made under government schemes, which follow the applicable rules.
  4. Payments shall be collected as per the norms of the School. The amount payable is the school fee amount notified by the School (through a fee slip, notice or message to parents). Please pay only the amount notified for your child and keep the receipt.
  5. Online payments are processed through a secure third-party authorised payment gateway. The School does not see, collect or store card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
  6. A payment receipt will be issued by the School once a payment is successfully received. Please keep your transaction reference for any query.
  7. If an amount is debited but the payment is shown as failed, it is normally reversed automatically by the bank or gateway, as per the timelines set by the Reserve Bank of India (generally within 1 to 5 days of the transaction date, depending on the payment method). Please contact your bank, or the School, if it is not.
  8. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
  9. Admission to a class does not guarantee admission to later classes unless the student meets the School’s academic and conduct requirements as notified by the School.
  10. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
  11. The School may update these terms from time to time. The latest version on this page applies.
  12. Decisions taken by the Principal / School Management shall be final.
