Privacy Policy

What information we collect and how we use it.

  1. What we collect: information you submit in enquiry or admission forms, such as the parent’s name, phone number, email, the student’s name and class, and your message. Form details are emailed to the School’s admission email through a mail service (EmailJS).
  2. How we use it: only to respond to enquiries, process admissions, communicate about fees and school matters, and maintain school records.
  3. Payments: online payments of school fees are handled by our payment gateway partner. We do not collect or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
  4. Sharing: we do not sell or rent personal information. It may be shared only with service providers needed to process payments or communications, or where required by law.
  5. Children’s information: student details are used only for admission and school administration.
  6. Photos and results: the School may publish students’ names, photographs and examination results on this website and in promotional material. The School’s admission form is given to parents at the School, and the parent’s consent for this is taken in that form. A parent may withdraw this consent in writing, after which the School will stop using the content in future material.
  7. Security: we take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online method is completely secure.
  8. Consent: by submitting a form or making a payment, the parent/guardian consents to the use of the student’s and parent’s information as described here.
  9. Complaints: for any privacy concern, write to Mukul Sharma, Grievance Contact, at info@newtagorepublicschool.org. We will respond within 7 working days.
  10. Retention: we keep enquiry and admission details only as long as needed for admission and school records, and then delete them.
  11. Your choices: you may ask us to correct or delete your submitted information by writing to our grievance contact below. We may keep what the law or school records require.
